But he, knowing their thoughts, said to them, "Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and a divided household falls.
Luke 11:17 ESV
Good Morning Men of God,
We have many friends in this world. Be it at work or at church, we find ourselves spending time with individuals that add value to us. This kind of Fellowship is something that is positive and enriches the way we live. That being said, the most important relationships we have are the ones that reside in our household. Started with our wives it is important we take time to cultivate, build, and restore these relationships that help guard our hearts and our Spiritual spiritual well-being. Our scripture today shows us the house divided against itself cannot stand. We don't NEED to be on good terms with people outside of our home. It is however crucial to our lives, and the lives of our loved ones that we live in peace and Godly order with those who rely on us. That does not mean that we don't have disagreements or times of discrepancy. It just means that we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us towards fruitful relationships that foster spiritual accountability and growth in our household. If our house is divided then we and those who depend on us will become easy prey for Satan. Lead with Love
Love you guys,
Patrick
